I made another purse yesterday, now I just need to get some photos of it before I list it on Etsy. I want to take the pictures out on my lawn, but the sprinklers came on and now the lawn is wet. Wouldn't that look nice, a wet purse! lol... :P

I told myself that I can't make anything today until I get some of the housework done. I've been so neglectful of my house. I have so much laundry to do!! I need to get things done before I leave for the city tomorrow. I'm taking cake decorating classes about 3 hours away from home. I wouldn't have agreed to take a class so far away, but my sister lives there and she takes the class with me. It gives me a good excuse to see her every week. :) My little niece is coming back home with me to see her grandparents and her cousins.

Ray, my husband, will be home tomorrow night, too. He works out of town and has been gone for about a week now. He has a week home, then leaves for another week... I had a hard time with this schedule at first, but I've gotten used to having the house to myself when he's gone. It makes it easier to get things done.

So, we have an unfinished basement, and I've decided that I'm going to turn it into my shop. At least until we finish it. At that point I'll have to figure something else out. lol... I make such a mess when I'm making things!! I'm completely unorganized!!

Okay, I have a tendency to ramble. lol... :P I guess I should start some laundry.

Here we go!

Okay, so I just opened a new shop on Etsy. I love that place! There are so many talented people in the world.

I really enjoy doing things. As a stay home me, I often get bored and I'm always looking for ways to occupy my time. I'm just not happy sitting around on the couch all day. So, I find hobbies. I've always been a bit of a "Holly Hobby" kinda gal. Even as a little girl, I remember spending hours in my room mixing odd things together, trying to make special perfumes. Or I'd roll yarn into balls, tie them up and make little puff balls. Of course, there was always a mess to clean up around me, still is. lol... I love to hobby, but I'm not the best at keeping it organized.

Anyway, I figured I would start a blog about the shop, and to keep people updated on who *I* am, as a person.
